Wayne, Maine is a small town in the U.S.A. with a non-profit group determined to renovate an historic building into a community center. The old Masonic Hall sits on the edge of the village mill pond, and stands as the last reminder of a proud industrial age. 

The architectural and functional renovations will include a teaching kitchen celebrating local food, meeting space, and gallery area and performance stage. “Beautiful Situation” is an interactive project that explores all facets of the project: History, Local Food, Humanities and the Future.
